Hair extension services
I offer many different hair extensions methods, I am fully trained through Maxwell Melia Academy, back in 2021. I am trained in nano and micro rings, invisible weave, LA weave, tapes and the newest method that is very exclusive called the nano weave method. My supplier for the hair itself is called Prestige, I get a trade discount and I do offer that to my clients when ordering the hair for them. Please book in a complimentary consultation to colour match your hair and quote you a price (for the hair). As there are many variables, it prevents me from giving a price without seeing you. Hair extensions don’t have to be just for added length, they can also be used for creating thickness (whether that is all over or just on the sides) or to add some colour in it is completely up to you. I use silicone lined rings on all beaded and weft methods to prevent slippage and promote the health of your hair.
What I offer
Nano rings
More discrete than micro rings, suitable for all hair types. I use silicone lined nano rings to prevent slippage and promote the health of your hair.
Micro rings
Slightly more cost effective than nano rings but more difficult to disguise in blonde and fine hair.
LA weave, invisible weave
You can achieve more thickness with a weave. A weave is put in with micro beads and the weft sewn on to the top of that section. The main difference in the invisible weave is that there is a weft above and below the section of beads making no beads visible to the eye.
Nano weave
This method is the most discrete weave. The track of the weft is much smaller than a normal weft. It is fit with nano beads and a weft is sewn to both the top and bottom of the section. This weft is suitable for all hair types including fine hair.
Tapes
Are flatter than the other methods explained above so they can be placed higher on the head making it easier to blend with shorter hair. This method is only suitable for short-term wear.
About the supplier I use and your appointment
Prestige
Prestige is a luxury brand of hair extensions and has a lifespan of up to 12 months with the correct aftercare (I have had clients that have worn it for longer). Once the consultation has been completed and you would like to go ahead with the service, I require payment for the hair to be sent over for me to order the hair (if ordered before 2pm it will arrive the very next day).
Your initial appointment and maintenance
After this, it can then be fitted and I will come back after 4 weeks to see how it is growing out. At this point I can make a calculated decision whether you will need your maintenance appointment at 6 weeks or you can wait until 8 weeks. At your maintenance appointment, I will take out each row comb it through and then put that row back in ensuring the correct amount of hair is in each section. Once all rows are complete, I can then cut and style it as desired.
